The 3DCP Production Lead is the primary technical supervisor for large-scale 3D Construction Printing operations. This role includes overseeing digital production workflows and leading equipment mobilization. The Lead must effectively manage remote troubleshooting and crew supervision while ensuring print quality, site safety, and adherence to schedules.

The Mix Master is the specialized, hands-on expert responsible for the quality, consistency, logistics, and delivery of all cementitious materials used in the 3D Construction Printing (3DCP) process. This role is crucial for managing the entire material supply chain—from raw material storage and organization to the precise operation and maintenance of the batch plant, mixer, and high-pressure concrete pump. Consistent material quality is the primary metric for success.

A Concrete Finisher is a skilled worker who finishes 3D-printed structures and places components that cannot be printed. This job requires knowledge of how concrete cures and finishing techniques. The finisher must closely follow the blueprints to add necessary parts, such as conduit and anchors, as the printer works.

The Print Project Engineer is the key technical expert and manager responsible for operational health and crew supervision in the 3D Construction Printing (3DCP) environment. This role communicates directly with the Director of Operations and Upper Management while overseeing a small team of maintenance personnel. The focus is on calibrating equipment settings, performing mechanical and electrical repairs, and ensuring compliance.
